The scientific article entitled “Standardization in Surgical Education (SISE): Development and Implementation of an Innovative Training Program for Urologic Surgery Residents and Trainers by the European School of Urology in Collaboration with the ESUT and EULIS Sections of the EAU ”, co-authored by Dr. Tiago Oliveira, in collaboration with several renowned European urologists: Bhaskar Somani, Domenico Veneziano, Ali Gozen, Kamran Ahmed, Evangelos Liatsikos, Kemal Sarica, Joan Palou, Jens Rassweiler, Chandra Shekhar Biyani, Alex Mottrie, Alberto Breda, Hein van Poppel, Craig McIllhenney, Michiel Sedelaar, Stefano Puliatti, Sunjay Jain, Rosanne van Loenen and Ben van Cleynenbreugel.

This publication aims to achieve an innovative surgical training program in Urology, with the aim of standardizing surgical training in Urology at an European level.

This is a project within the scope of the European School of Urology, of the European Association of Urology, which seeks the modernization, accessibility and internationalization of practical training in Urology, with the great objective of improving healthcare provided to patients.
