Dr. Pedro Oliveira was invited to lecture at the 2023 Joint Meeting of the European Association of Urology (EAU) Sections of Genito-Urinary Reconstructive Surgery (ESGURS) and of Andrological Urology (ESAU) that took place in Florence, Italy, with a presentation that focused on the complications related to the introduction of penile implants.

He was distinguished with the award for best video presentation at the Congress with the work entitled "Penile implant nightmare: proximal perforation and glanspexy."
