Anejaculation Inability to ejaculate

Anejaculation is characterized by the inability to ejaculate semen and is often associated with anorgasmia (absence of orgasm).

It is a very rare condition and is often associated with neurological changes such as the case of injured vertebromedullary patients, diabetics, with multiple sclerosis or with sequels from pelvic surgery.

Often, medical intervention is required, ranging from oral pharmacological medication to devices for assisted ejaculation, such as vibratory stimulation or electro-ejaculation.
